1-Year Limited Warranty
Focal Naim India warrants that products purchased directly from us or through our authorized dealers are free from manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of the original purchase invoice.
What This Warranty Covers
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
- Repair of defective parts, at the sole discretion of Focal Naim India.
- Service performed by our authorized service team.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, negligence, improper handling, or improper installation.
- Damage caused by power surges, voltage fluctuations, water, fire, lightning, or other natural disasters.
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations.
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, scratches, dents, or discoloration.
- Products with removed, altered, or illegible serial numbers.
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or without a valid purchase invoice.
Warranty Claim Process
- Contact our Customer Support team.
- Provide the original purchase invoice and product serial number.
- Describe the issue and follow the troubleshooting steps provided by our support team.
- If required, submit the product to our authorized service centre for inspection.
- If the issue is covered under this warranty, the product will be repaired at the sole discretion of Focal Naim India.
General Terms
- This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- Repair does not extend the original warranty period.
- Focal Naim India reserves the right to repair the product where necessary.
- Liability under this warranty is limited to the repair of the product. Focal Naim India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the extent permitted by applicable law.
