Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Returns

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:

 

Eligibility

 

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Products ordered specifically on customer request

  • Gift cards and promotional items

  • Clearance, sale, or discontinued products

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications

Return Process

 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product. Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Refunds

 

Inspection & Approval

 

After receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Processing

 

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Shipping Charges

 

  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied product.

Online Payment Charges

 

For orders paid online and subsequently canceled or refunded, payment gateway charges, bank transaction fees, and processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount. A cancellation charge of up to 2% of the order value or the actual payment processing fee incurred, whichever is higher, may apply.


Exchanges

 

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you may request an exchange.

Exchange Conditions

 

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Supporting photographs or videos may be requested for verification.

  • Upon approval, we will arrange a replacement subject to product availability.

If the product is no longer available, a refund or suitable alternative may be offered.


Cancellations

 

Order Cancellation

 

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not been processed or shipped.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Online Payment

 

Cancellation Charges

 

For prepaid orders canceled after payment confirmation, payment gateway charges, bank charges, and transaction processing fees are non-refundable. Applicable cancellation charges will be deducted from the refund amount before processing.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

 

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and photographs/videos showing the issue.

  3. Our team will review the claim and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
